There are times when you probably feel very frustrated–your steak is cooked wrong or you don’t speak up when you are interrupted. Read the chapter carefully. What can you do to bring assertiveness into your life? Try exercise Practicing Assertiveness to reflect on events in which you were assertive. Try being assertive in small ways.
