Think of a time when you were nonassertive. Describe who was involved and how you felt about the person/persons.

Now think of a time when you were assertive. How did that feel?

What sorts of events give you trouble with being assertive?

What will you do to improve your assertiveness?

Now take a week to record when you were assertive and when you were not assertive:
