Along dusty roads

Dr. Leah Marangue '65 grew up walking 25 miles to and from school every day, but as a young Kenyan girl, she was thankful to have the opportunity to go to school at all. Now as president of African Nazarene University, she's empowering a whole new generation of young men and women to achieve their highest ambitions.

Jennifer Starkey found a way to attend Olivet, and even receive the training she needed for her dreams, though at the time it seemed like an impossibility. Now she’s enjoying her position in the world of interior design.
