Adding Rights for Resource Accounts

Resource - The main account that is used by staff members for email and calendering

Assign Rights to a Resource:

  1. Expand the Resource account in your folder view by clicking on the arrow next to the name
    (if don't see the Resource name, please see these instructions).

  2. Right click on any folder within the Resource account

  3. Select Properties 
  4. Select the Permissions tab

  5. Click Add
  6. Find the user account that needs access in the address book.

  7. Click Go
  8. Click on the appropriate username
  9. Click Add
  10. Click OK
  11. Select the newly added user in the list of permissions

  12. Adjust the permissions as desired

  13. Click OK
