bad habits, wasting time

arrow
Habits are powerful influences on us that are sometimes very difficult to change. Some habits–such as a cup of coffee in the morning while reading the newspaper–may be so ingrained in us that life seems absolutely impossible without them.

What are some habits that you have?

Maybe you always turn the TV on after dinner or turn on the CD player before you study. Do you want to change any of your habits?

Use creative thinking to see how you can better use your time. Getting rid of a bad habit or time waster can free you up considerably.
