When are auditions for shows?
Audition dates and times are set by the individual directors. They will be posted on the Shows part of this site when they become available.

How can I get involved behind the scenes?
As needs become apparent for individual shows, i.e., stage management, running crew, costuming, lighting, etc., the available positions will be posted on the Shows part of this site.

I can't make the minimum number of business meetings. What do I do?
We deal with schedule conflicts on a case-by-case basis. We try to keep required member involvement to a minimum to encourage active participation by members. Most meetings are on Saturdays in the morning, before other school events, and they generally last only an hour to an hour-and-a-half. If you absolutely must miss more than the maximum number of absences (currently 1), talk to your class representative for more information.

Who is my class representative?
Freshman: Yet to be elected.
Sophomore: Matt McMahan (x7774)
Junior: Don Canton (x7019)
Senior: Dan Aumiller (x6541)

I want to run for a position on the council. How do I?
Read the constitution section regarding eligibility requirements for potential candidates. For the 2005/2006 council, potential candidates will officially submit their intention to run between March 12, 2005 (the date of the third business meeting during second semester) and April 3, 2005. Candidates will be announced on April 11th, 2005, and elections will take place on April 22, 2005 at the final business meeting of the year.

I have a great show/event/service project/etc idea. How do I implement it?
Prepare some preliminary material on your idea, i.e., a synopsis of the show idea, and meet with your class representative to discuss it. If the idea seems viable for Green Room within the current school year, the representative will bring it before the Executive Council for consideration.

How do I get reimbursed for a miscellaneous Green Room expenditure?
If your purchase was not for a show, fill out a reimbursement sheet and submit it, with your receipts attached, to Kate Zarko (x7122, box 8868), the Green Room treasurer. If your purchase is related to a Green Room production, see next question.

How do I get reimbursed for a Green Room production expenditure? If your purchase was for a show, i.e., Broadway Revue or 24 Hour Theater, submit your reciept(s) alone to the appropriate producer:

Mainstage Productions: Dan Aumiller (x6541, box 6222)
    Broadway Revue
    Spring Play

Other Productions: Don Canton (x7019, box 6526)
    24 Hour Theater 1&2
    Spoons for Forks
